The SDO property shares the west border with the local elementary school and donates books, school supplies and recently did a fundraiser and repaired the water well so that they once again have running water. SDO plans to continue helping the children and teachers as we seek to establish and maintain a positive impact on the local community.

Gigante Bay is considered by many Nicaraguans the most beautiful beach in the country. It is home to a local fishing community, beautiful local restaurants and many vacation rentals.

The local people are extremely friendly and welcoming and leaves you with a sense of peace and tranquility.
