Nicaragua is home to the some of the best surf conditions the planet has to offer. With Lake Nicaragua on the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west there is a constant offshore light wind up to 300+ days a year.

Gigante Bay is due south of the world famous break known as Colorados and Panga Drop and due north of the incredible pealing left known as Manzanilla. As you continue north along the coast the nearby breaks include world famous Outer Reef, Santana’s, Popoyo, Playgrounds and Lance’s Left amount many others.
